Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the “Last updated” date, and take any other steps required by applicable law.

In addition to the specific uses described below, we may use the information we collect to communicate with you, provide or improve the Services, comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce applicable terms of service, and protect or defend the Services, our rights, our users, and others.

Personal Information We Collect

The types of personal information we obtain about you depend on how you interact with our Site and how you use our Services. “Personal information” means information that identifies or describes you individually or that can be reasonably linked or associated with you. The sections below describe the categories and specific types of personal information we collect.

Information You Provide Directly

  • Contact details: your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Order information: your name, billing address, shipping address, payment confirmation, email address, and phone number.
  • Account information: username, password, security questions, and other information used for account security.

Some features of the Services may require you to provide certain information. You may choose not to provide this information; however, this may prevent you from using or accessing those features.

Information We Collect About Your Use

We may also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”) using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (“Cookies”). Usage Data may include information about how you access and use the Site and your account, including device information, browser information, network connection information, your IP address, and other details about your interaction with the Services.

Information We Obtain from Third Parties

We may obtain information about you from third parties, including vendors and service providers that collect information on our behalf, such as:

  • Companies that support our Site and Services (e.g., Shopify).
  • Payment processors, which collect payment information (e.g., bank account, credit/debit card details, billing address) to process your payment to fulfill orders and provide the products or services you request (to perform our contract with you).
  • When you visit our Site, open or click our emails, or interact with our Services or ads, we or third parties we work with may automatically collect certain information via online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, SDKs, third-party libraries, and cookies.

Any information we obtain from third parties will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. See also “Third-Party Websites and Links” below.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Providing Services and Products. We use your personal information to provide the Services and perform our contract with you, including processing payments, preparing orders, sending account and purchase notices (orders, returns, exchanges, or other transactions), creating/maintaining/administering your account, arranging shipping, facilitating returns or exchanges, and enabling other account-related features and functionality. We may also enhance your shopping experience by allowing Shopify to link your account to other Shopify services you choose to use. In such cases, Shopify will process your information as described in its own Privacy Policy and Consumer Privacy Policy.

Marketing and Advertising. We may use your personal information for promotional and marketing purposes, including sending you promotional, advertising, and marketing communications by email, text message, or postal mail, and showing you ads for products or services. This may include using your personal information to better tailor the Services and advertising on our Site and on other websites. If you are located in the EEA, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in selling our products (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your personal information to detect, investigate, or take action regarding potential fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities. If you choose to use the Services and register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your username, password, or other details. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. For EEA users, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining Site security for you and other customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Communications and Service Improvement. We use your personal information to provide customer support and improve our Services—our legitimate interest in responding to you, providing effective services, and maintaining our business relationship with you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

Like many websites, our Site uses cookies. For cookie details related to our Shopify-powered store, see https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. We use cookies to operate and improve our Site and Services (including remembering your actions and preferences), to compile reports and analytics, and to better understand user interaction with the Services (our legitimate interest in administering, improving, and optimizing the Services). We may also allow third parties and service providers to use cookies on our Site to better personalize services, products, and advertising on our Site and across other websites.

Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can set your browser to delete or refuse cookies via browser controls. Note that deleting or blocking cookies may negatively impact your user experience and may cause parts of the Services (including certain features and general functionality) to function improperly or become unavailable. Blocking cookies may not fully prevent information sharing with third parties (e.g., advertising partners).

Our website also recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, allowing you to opt out of certain uses or disclosures of your information. If you notify us via GPC, we will treat that signal as a valid opt-out request for “do not share/targeted advertising” for the associated browser or device and, if we can associate the device sending the signal with a Shopify account, we will apply the opt-out to the account as well. Learn more at https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. Apart from GPC, we do not recognize other “Do Not Track (DNT)” signals sent from your browser or device.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity (e.g., your email address or account information) before responding. Where permitted by law, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. Before accepting requests from an agent, we may require proof that you authorized the agent to act for you and may also require you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to your request in a timely manner as required by applicable law.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision by contacting us again, or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
