Refund & Return Policy

At Mitozz.shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. While all sales are final due to the ingestible nature of our products, we do provide refunds in the following cases:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@mitozz.shop if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong product shipped)

We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, provide either a replacement or a refund.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the cases listed above. Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Opened or used products (except under the 90-Day Guarantee, see separate policy)
  • Purchases outside mitozz.shop
  • Requests submitted beyond 7 days after delivery for damage/issue claims

Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@mitozz.shop.
